Invoice Payments – Just a reminder that Invoice payments were due on the 28th February 2023. Please do not hesitate to contact Sam if you need any assistance.
Baking Next Week – Please can you bring in a named container for your child as we will be making macaroni cheese. Thank you.
This Week – We’ve had lots of fun with playdough this week making green dinosaur playdough, snow dough and purple playdough with beads and jewels. We’ve also had lots of construction toys and games to play with and have had fun playing outside in the garden.
Monday – Activity of choice – The children were able to decide on their own activities today.
Tuesday – Gaming & Forest School – We started to make our fairy garden on our ‘new Fairy table’; we used artificial grass as a base for this new area. The children decorated fairy houses and added ‘fairies’. Some children collected bark from the garden to make a path. We will continue adding more items to this in the next few weeks.
Wednesday – Movie & Animation – We watched the film Garfield while enjoying our popcorn.
Our animators used the Lego mini figures and the Lego town background in this week’s film and looked to add text and speech bubbles into the film.
Thursday – Craft & Gaming – We painted on foil to create some amazing artwork! The children took great care to make sure the foil did not tear before they started their paintings.
Friday – Baking – Later today we will be we will be making ‘desserts in a jar’. We will use angel delight and biscuits which we will layer to make an amazing dessert.

Next Week – Here are some of our planned activities for next week.
Monday – Assortment of activities – Children’s choice of activity.
Tuesday – Gaming & Forest School – We will continue with our fairy garden and the children can add to their amazing structures. In our Forest school we will be toasting teacakes on the fire.
Wednesday – Movie & Animation – The children will be watching the film Snow Dogs and our animators will continue how to use the features in the app to improve their films.
Thursday – Craft & Gaming – We will tie-dying material using elastic bands and knots to create different effects.
Friday – Baking – We will be making macaroni cheese using the BBC Good Food recipe; the children will be weighing and measuring their ingredients and making their own sauce.
