Dear Parents and Carers
What a wonderful (and very warm!) week we’ve had at preschool!
To help everyone stay cool, we’ve enjoyed lots of water play, regular hydration breaks throughout the day, and even some refreshing ice pops. The children have been brilliant at remembering to drink their water, and we’ve handed out lots of Hydration Stickers to celebrate their fantastic efforts!
Before the weather became too hot, we had great fun taking part in egg and spoon races and running races. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and lots of cheering for one another!
We had our final Kimberly session of the term, which was energetic and full of fun.
As the warm weather continues, please remember:
- Apply sun cream before preschool.
- We will reapply sun cream after lunch.
- Send your child with a named water bottle.
- Don’t forget a sun hat so everyone can stay safe in the sunshine.
