Dear Parents / Carers
Please can you let us know if the arrangements change for your children on any particular day which affect the Out of School Club!
We must ensure that your children are safe and we have experienced a number of instances where arrangements have changed and we have not been advised. If your child is not attending the OOSC, please let us know.
The Playhouse staff must follow our policies and will implement appropriate procedures where it is believed a child is missing. Thank you for assistance in this matter.
