Welcome to this week’s Weekly Update for the OOSC.
Evening snacks – Here is the snack menu for our next sessions:
Monday – Scrambled egg on toast
Tuesday – Whole wheat pasta with sauce
Wednesday –Toasted crumpets
Thursday – Baked beans on wholemeal toast
Friday – Sandwiches
There is a choice of salad sticks and fruit available to your children. They also have a choice of milk or water to drink.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – Cress shapes, we are going to plant some cress next week! Your children will be able to plant their seeds in any shape or design they like and we’ll watch it grow!
This Week in the OOSC – We’ve had lots of fun this week sewing hearts, we’ve had some wonderful creations, even the younger children joined in!
Can you help? We are looking for donations of the following: Corks from wine bottles, sewing cotton and wool! Please feel free to bring in any donations, these are very gratefully received. Thank you.
Easter Fayre – Saturday 1st April at John Clare School, please see the attached flyer for further details, we are hoping to use the funds from the Easter Fayre to purchase warm all in one outfits for the Playhouse (pre-schoolers) and a new x-box game and DVD’s for the OOSC! Please keep this date free, it’s going to be egg-citing!!
