Dear Parents / Carers
Important Updates:
Face Coverings – Due to the close nature we sometimes need to have at pick up and drop off with you we would like to politely ask if parents, grandparents and those collecting would wear a face covering. This is so that we can enhance the protection when staff are speaking to you, for both you and our staff. This is not mandatory but, we appreciate your help and support.
Gate Buzzer – Please can you only use the Buzzer if you need to fetch your child earlier than the normal pick up time. Staff will be bringing the children out to the gate in a group at finish time 3.15pm / 2.15pm on a Friday.
Half Term – During half term, if you are planning on going to a country which is on the Isolation list, please can you let us know for the NHS Track & Trace. Thank you.
Yellow Lines – Please remember to socially distance and stay at the marked yellow lines. Thank you.
Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we have created some fantastic super worms. We are learning the Superworm rhyme. We all got in a great deal of mess playing with moon sand. We needed to get Henry the Hoover out to clear up all the mess ! We’ve also been chalk painting and we’ve made hedgehogs using playdough.
Forest School this Week – We have been playing with Autumnal playdough, we’ve been mark making with cones and conkers. The children have been colour sorting with conkers and we have been singing the Autumn Leaf song.
Playhouse Activities Next Week – Next week we will be making hedgehogs rolls, leaf printing and playing with conkers.
Next Week – Sound of the Week – Next week our sound of the Week will be ‘i’. We will use resources from the playhouse as we are not yet able to accept items from home.

A note from our Committee: Playhouse AGM – The Playhouse Committee AGM will be held on Thursday 22nd October from 8-9pm. The Committee will review 2019/20, close our accounts for the year, elect new members and plan for 2020/21 and are very much looking forward to seeing you there.
