Dear Parents / Carers
This Week – We’ve had a Coronation theme in our activities and clubs this week. There have been colouring sheets with a Royal theme, blue playdough with jewels to decorate and the outdoor tray had crowns drawn on it with pom-poms, buttons, and glass stones to use as jewels. The children really enjoyed our Coronation colouring sheets!
Tuesday – Forest School – The children collected items from the garden and glued these onto card to make their very own nature crowns.
Wednesday – Games & Challenges – We played darts and cricket outside in the garden. We also had a selection of games inside.
Thursday – Craft & Sewing – We cut out crown shapes from sheets of felt and sewed them together to make our crowns.
Friday – Baking – The children will be preparing their own food for our tea party.

Next Week – Here are some of our planned activities for next week.
Monday – Bank holiday!!
Tuesday – Forest School – We will be sowing our wild garden. We will also make dens from resources we can find in the garden.
Wednesday – Games & Challenges – We will be having a challenge with cereal, hoops, and pasta to see who can thread the most hoops onto the pasta. We also have a selection of board games to play with.
Thursday – Craft & Sewing – We will have a surprise craft this week.
Friday – Baking – The children will be preparing their own pizza and adding a choice of toppings.
