Baking from last term – Here are the children making their Heart shaped biscuits. A little messy but great fun!
Invoice Payments – Just a reminder that Invoice payments are due on or before 28th February 2023. Please do not hesitate to contact Sam if you need any assistance.
This Week – The new fidget toys continue to be popular this week with the children learning to make creative shapes with the snakes. We have also spent lots of time outside enjoying the mild weather.
Monday – Activity of choice – The children were able to decide on their own activities today.
Tuesday – Gaming & Forest School – We used leaves from the garden glued onto greaseproof paper to make leaf lanterns. After adding card to the top and bottom to strengthen and create a cylinder shape we put tealights inside the lantern to see the pretty leaf patterns.
Wednesday – Movie & Animation – We watched the film Tangled while enjoying popcorn. Our animators created a short film using Lego characters this week.
Thursday – Craft & Gaming – We painted using acrylic paints and then used forks to create texture to make Van Gogh influenced art. The pictures were amazing, great texture!
Friday – Baking – Later today we will be we will be making peach puffs. We will be rolling out and cutting puff pastry squares then adding peaches, jam and creme fraiche to make our peach puff pies.

Next Week – Here are some of our planned activities for next week.
Monday – Assortment of activities – Children’s choice of activity.
Tuesday – Gaming & Forest School – We will be creating a new fairy garden and dinosaur park area for the children. We have been kindly donated a new table for garden. We will add fake grass and then use our own ideas to decorate the area.
Wednesday – Movie & Animation – The children will be watching Garfield. For our animators, we will continue trying out the new features on our app to improve our films.
Thursday – Craft & Gaming – We will be painting on foil to create amazing artwork!
Friday – Baking – We will be making ‘desserts in a jar’. We will use various ingredients which we will layer to make an amazing dessert.
