Dear Parents / Carers

Please find below this week’s Weekly Update!

Letter & Sound of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session will be ’b’. Please can your child bring in an item which has a ’b’.

Colour of the Week – Our next colour is blue! Please can your child bring in a blue item to share with us at Circle time!

Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we’ve been very busy planting and enjoying the sunshine! We’ve done some number work and have also spent time painting and drawing. The children have had great fun splashing around and playing with water. We’ve had lots of time outdoors and also took a walk in the woods to see the stunning bluebells. And finally, we’ve been sewing!

Playhouse Activities Next Week – We will continue with our planting and we’ll look at growth and blossom. We will do some baking! We will be making a large scale drawing of Helpston village and will have a talk about Road safety and how people help us. Another busy week!

Questionnaire – Our Questionnaire will be issued to you next week and we would really appreciate your time in completing this for us. It’ll be great to hear what you have to say! Thank you.

Staffing – A little sad news, Lisa left our setting last week! She’s decided she would like to spend more time with her family. We wish her well in her future!

Have a lovely weekend!

Kind regards

The Playhouse Team
