Dear Parents / Carers

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Testing for COVID – If your child goes for a COVID test, please don’t forget to let us know. We need to report any cases to our Early Years Team for Track & Trace purposes and where required, we will notify parents, carers and staff if they need to self-isolate. This is really important to ensure that we can keep each other, our families and our staff safe. Thank you.

This Week – We have had a pizza parlour and pizza restaurant role play this week in OOSC which was requested by the children. They were able to make and take telephone orders, cook playdough pizzas and pasta. They ate their ‘food’ in the restaurant and delivered take out pizzas. We also made some snow playdough and used herbs and plants from the garden to create snowy scenes. We had giant paper sheets out for drawing and games. The older children have continued cross stitching with some of the children, making some beautiful initial designs. Throughout the week we have had lots of other activities and board games out for the children to play with.

Next Week – Next week we will be making some fruit kebabs. We will also have a movie evening and we will be having hot chocolate.
