Please find below this week’s Weekly Update for the OOSC.
This Week – The children have spent lots of time making mini tray gardens this week in Out of school Club. They have been busy making and adding streams, wells, swings, and bridges to their garden. Some children have brought in toys and characters from home to finish their wonderful creations. Some children have made herb and flower scents to make their gardens smell nice. We were going to have a competition for the ‘Best Garden’ but they were all so amazing we could not decide on an overall winner! We have spent the week outside in the garden using the trikes and scooters. We have also been creative outside using chalks and masking tape. The children were also treated to popcorn at snack time.
Next Week’s Sessions – Next week we hope to continue with lots of outdoor play if the warm weather returns. We will also have lots of free flow activities and will let the children decide on what they would like to do.
