Letter of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session is ‘m’! Please can your child bring in an item which has an ‘m’!
Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we have had an environmental shape hunt, we’ve continued to look at our Under the sea theme and we’ve looked at jellyfish; we’ve been making and using jelly for sensory activities! We’ve been busy practising our Christmas songs.
Playhouse Activities Next Session – Next week we will be starting our Christmas craft, we will look at shapes and numbers and will have lots of activities on these themes. We will also continue to practice our Christmas songs, please don’t worry you don’t need to practice these at home. The children are doing a great job, they’re having lots pf practice and lots of fun!! It will be a lovely surprise for you to hear them at our Christmas carols!
Parent Volunteers – We would like a couple of parent volunteers to walk down to the church and back with the children for our Christmas service on Thursday 20th December. If you can help, please speak to a member of staff.
Raffle tickets on sale – Next week we will be selling raffle tickets for our Christmas Hamper. Please take a look at the Hamper, it’s in the Playhouse. It will be £1.00 per strip with lots of great prizes to be won! Good luck! The Raffle will be drawn at the Wreath Making evening on Friday 7th December.
Playhouse Gate – Just a reminder, please can you remember to look at the camera so that we can see who you are. At this time of year it is difficult for us to identify you with hoods, umbrella’s and hats! Thank you.
Book Party – Please take a look on line, the offers have been extended to the 7th December.
Christmas Card List – We will make sure there is a Christmas Card List available in the foyer from next week. We will also have the Christmas post box in the Playhouse ready for posting Christmas cards!
