Letter of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session is ‘k’! Please can your child bring in an item which has a ‘k’!
Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we have been learning all about boats, we’ve had trips to lots of countries on boats and have made some pictures too. In the Forest school they’ve been making broomsticks in connection with Room on the Broom. We’ve also been doing woodwork and have been observing melting ice.
Playhouse Activities Next Session – Next week we are going to talk about India and Diwali and we are going to make Diwali pots, elephants and we’ll be learning all about the Festival of light. We will also have a visit from the Encore Dance Academy on Thursday. We will be making pizza’s. We will also make salt dough nature shapes.
Colder weather – The weather is turning cold, please can you make sure your child has the appropriate clothing. Your child needs a warm winter coat, hat, scarf, gloves and wellies. Thank you.
