Change to Bookings – Just a polite reminder that we require four weeks’ notice of any changes to your child’s bookings. We will of course accommodate any changes as quickly as we can but for invoicing purposes ‘Booked sessions’ will be charged under the notice period. Thank you.
Evening snacks – Here is the snack menu for next week:
Monday – Beans on Toast
Tuesday – Potato Wedges
Wednesday – Crumpets
Thursday – Cheese & Crackers
Friday – Pasta & Tomato sauce
Milk and Fruit are always available to your children. They also have a choice of Yogurt or Angel Delight for their pudding.
Invoice Payments – Invoices for this Spring Term have been issued, please can you ensure that payments are made by the due date, any late payments will incur a £10 Late Payment Fee, as detailed within our Fee Policy. Thank you for your continued assistance in this matter.
Helpston’s Got Talent – This event raises valuable funds for both the Preschool and Out of School Clubs. Please help us by supporting this event? Please contact Amanda Webb or a member of staff for tickets. More information on the attached flyer.
Active Kids Vouchers – We start collecting again on the 28th January and we are hoping to obtain a Large Den Kit for the Playhouse – Preschool and OOSC. We need to collect 2169 vouchers, please can you collect any vouchers when you shop at Sainsbury’s. Thank you.
REMINDER: School Closure – John Clare Primary will be closed on Friday 22nd May for Staff training. Please can you confirm your arrangements for Breakfast & OOSC for this day. We will be open as normal for the Preschool from 9.00am – 2.15pm but this is for Preschool children only. Unfortunately, we cannot take School children during these hours. We do still require the usual four weeks notice to cancel or amend your child’s sessions so please can you confirm your arrangements as soon as possible? Thank you.
