We have lots of information in this week’s update, thank you in advance for your help and continued support!!
Letter & Sound of the Week – Our chosen letter for next week will be ‘i’. Please can your child bring in an item beginning with ‘i’.
Colour of the Week – Next week’s colour is ORANGE! Please can your child bring in an ORANGE item to share with us at Circle time?
Warm Winter Clothes – we are sorry to remind you again but your children need the following so that they can enjoy outdoor play:
Warm Winter Coat
Scarf
Gloves
Wellies or boots
Independent Children – we will continue to encourage independence in the Playhouse! You can help us by letting your children get themselves ready for their Playhouse sessions. It doesn’t matter how long it takes them to take off their coats and boots … they will happily sit back and let you do it for them!! Please can you also make sure their water bottles and wellies are named so they can identify their own belongings.
Next Week’s Activities – Your children have had lots of fun this week playing ‘Aeroplanes’ so next week we will make our own in the Playhouse, along with their own Passports!! We will take your children on a trip around the world. If you have any spare boxes, please can you bring them in!
Keyworker Consultations – Please book your appointment with your child’s Keyworker, there is a list in the Playhouse Cloakroom. Thank you! For children who have started very recently, consultations will not be carried out just yet, we will let them settle in first.
Helpston’s Got Talent – if you, a member of your family or a friend has a hidden talent and are brave enough to perform at Helpston’s Got Talent, please contact Amanda Webb for details.
Snap – We really need you – please, please can you adopt Snap for a weekend? Snap really loves fresh vegetables, if you have any spare, please bring them in!!
Active Kids Vouchers – Thank you for your vouchers so far!! We need as many as possible for a Large Den Kit for the Playhouse – Preschool and OOSC.
Library Books – Please can you return all Library books, we haven’t given out any this week as we need them to be returned first. Thank you.
Boy’s clothes – We desperately need Boys trousers and socks as spare clothes. If you have any spare clothes you no longer require, please can we have them?
