Here at Helpston Playhouse we offer ‘stretched funding’ as we are open for 42 weeks per year. This means that any funded hours are spread over 42 weeks each year.

  • You get fewer funded hours per week but, we are open longer than term time settings.
  • You won’t lose any hours – they are just distributed differently over the year
  • You cannot access more than 15 or 30 funded hours per week. Funding is dependent on your eligibility.
  • You must reconfirm your eligibility regularly via your HMRC Chlidcare Service account for the Working Parent Entitlement. If you fall out of eligibility or fail to reconfirm your data on time it will impact your ability to access funded entitlement.

Hot Lunches:
A hot lunch can be ordered for you through John Clare Primary. A hot lunch is not compulsory, and you are welcome to provide your child with a packed lunch. Payment via BACS.		 Per daily meal £2.50

Preschool uniform can be purchased from the setting. Uniform is not compulsory.
