Our adventures at the Playhouse this week…
This week the weather has been a lot more bearable for everyone. We have painted some beautiful picture of flowers. The larva’s have turned to pupa’s, so not long until we have more ladybirds around. The pigeons are still nesting in our outside canopy, it has been amazing watching them build their nest.
Library books: It’s not long until we close for summer holiday; we will no longer be sending books home. If you could please bring back any outstanding books, we would be very grateful.

Things we will be doing next week ….
We will continue with our summer theme next week; we will be having shops for our role play with our tills and different foods. We will have an amazing dinosaur swamp.
For our crafts we will be making ice lollies to celebrate our wonderful British summer.
We will be looking at sizes and shape printing!
Please ensure your child has a change of clothes, we may have more water play if it warms up again.
The Playhouse Gate…..
We appreciate you are being kind leaving the gate open for people to come into the playhouse, but it is essential that we monitor every person that comes through the gate. Please ensure that you close the gate when entering. If a staff member waves you through it means that they are aware of who is entering. If you have a grandparent, friend or carer picking up please inform them of our policy.
