Dear Parents / Carers
Welcome to this week’s Weekly Update for the OOSC.
Evening snacks – Here is Week 1 of our new snack menu:
Monday – Scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast
Tuesday – Jacket Potato and baked beans
Wednesday – Fish fingers and spaghetti hoops
Thursday – Wholewheat pasta and sauce
Friday – Muffin pizza’s
There is a salad bar and fruit available to your children. They also have a choice of milk or water to drink.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – Next session we will continue to look after the tadpoles and the Happy Chicks will be here. We will be looking at the life cycles of butterflies, frogs and plants! We also have two Themed evenings planned: Thursday 26th April – Italian evening. And Wednesday 16th May – Royal Wedding themed evening.
This Week in the OOSC – This week we have had an Easter Egg colouring competition, this will be judged on Thursday.

Spare set of drawers – do you have a spare chest of drawers? If you do and you no longer need them we are looking for some for our new Breakfast area. Please contact us if you can help. Thank you.
After School Clubs – John Clare Primary – Please don’t forget that all clubs start again next term. We will need your confirmation if your child is attending a club, for all clubs apart from Chess. Please send us an email as soon as you have confirmation from school. Thank you.
