A HUGE Thank You for all the lovely gifts and kind comments, we hope your children have loved every minute of their time with us this year and we look forward to seeing you all on 5th September for the start of the Autumn Term.
For Our Year 6 children –We would like to wish you all the very best in Secondary school! Be yourselves … you are amazing!
Extra Sessions – Any extra sessions from this Summer Term will be invoiced in September 2022.
Wrapping Paper Cardboard Tubes – If you have any longer and stronger cardboard tubes that you no longer need, please can you bring them in for an activity we have planned next term. Thank you.
This Week – Our last week got off to a scorching start, so we spent Monday and Tuesday inside keeping cool and calm. On Wednesday it was our end of year party with food, balloon games and lots of dancing.
Monday – Gardening, Forest School & Woodwork – This week the children continued to make ‘natural’ mobiles, this week they brought them home. The children used pipe cleaners, wooden discs which they decorated and beads. They looked amazing!
Tuesday – Science Society – We used paper cones and straws this week in an attempt to make a foil ball hover in the air. Elia’s worked amazingly well and went really high!
Wednesday – We celebrated with an End of term Party, we played music, danced, took part in competitions. The older children also took the lead and helped the younger children play a game called ‘the island’!
Thursday – Craft Club – We folded cupcake cases and held them together with a wooden peg to make butterflies! We used lots of glitter to decorate them; they looked spectacular
Friday – Baking – This morning the children made biscuits and this afternoon when they are cool, the children will decorate them with different toppings.
