This Week in the OOSC – This week we have enjoyed our Christmas Post Office and have sent many parcels to different places. Our bauble painting was very popular .. lots of great designs. We also made gingerbread houses, this was great fun! Emily & Lacey have been working hard to set up our new library.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – Next week we will have lots of fun activities. On Tuesday we will have a party day, your child can bring in spare clothes if they wish. Wednesday will be a movie night and Thursday will be flower arranging and table decorations.
Junk Modelling – We still need more … please bring in any clean recycling and empty crisp packets!
John Clare School Christmas Play – Please can you confirm any change in arrangements for Monday if the Christmas Play affects your child’s sessions within the OOSC .. if you are attending this performance you may not need the OOSC session that you have booked. Thank you.
Safety Savvy Shopper – There are so many gifts to purchase now from Black Friday deals to online stores, we don’t always know they’re safe. There have been reports of exploding candles, gifts with button batteries, hazardous levels of chemicals in toys to laser pointers causing eye damage; there is a potential for serous accidents.
