Letter of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session is ‘u’! Please can your child bring in an item which has a ‘u’!
Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we have been very busy, we’ve been looking at hibernation and hedgehogs. We’ve made a bird hive for the garden and we’ve been watching the birds. We’ve also made biscuits.
Playhouse Activities Next Sessions – Next week we are going to focus on the Gruffalo and we’ll have activities around this theme. We are going to make rockets and we’ll use junk modelling. We will also focus on textures and we’ll also be doing sewing and making fruit kebabs.
Dates for the Diary – here are a few dates in March for your diary:
1st March – World book day, please can your child dress up as their favourite character from a book
17 – 23rd March, Sports Relief, we’ll focus on movements during this week
School Ready Workshops – Lucy & Rachel will be holding School Ready Workshops week commencing 5th March 2018. Letters will be sent out over the coming weeks.
Junk modelling – We would really like any junk modelling, please feel free to bring in any recycling that you don’t need! Thank you.
