Welcome to this week’s Weekly Update for the OOSC.
Evening snacks – Here is the snack menu for our next sessions:
Monday – Toasted crumpets
Tuesday – Whole wheat pasta with sauce
Wednesday – Baked Beans on wholemeal toast
Thursday – Sandwiches with various fillings
Friday – Dippy eggs & soldiers
There is a choice of salad sticks and fruit available to your children. They also have a choice of milk or water to drink.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – Next week we will be making and decorating gingerbread men. We will also put up the Christmas decorations.
This Week in the OOSC – This week in the OOSC we’ve enjoyed lots of different painting activities, we’ve been marble painting, bubble and free flow painting. We’ve had great fun, lots of great artwork!
Father Christmas – Torpel Xmas Fayre – The Friends of John Clare have arranged for Santa to visit the Torpel Christmas Fayre on Friday 1st December, unfortunately, we are unable to take the children along to the fayre but, we can take them to see Santa. If you would like your child to see Santa, please email us to confirm your request. There is a cost of £2.00 per child which will be passed onto the Friends however, this must be paid in cash, before Friday 1st December. Please bring your money into the Playhouse in a sealed, named envelope. Thank you.
Vacancy – We have a new vacancy at the Playhouse for a Preschool and Out of School Club Practitioner, starting ready for the Spring Term, in January 2018.
