Welcome to this week’s Weekly Update for the OOSC.
Evening snacks – Here is the snack menu for our next sessions:
Monday – Toasted crumpets
Tuesday – Whole wheat pasta with sauce
Wednesday – Baked Beans on wholemeal toast Jacket potato
Thursday – Sandwiches with various fillings
Friday – Dippy eggs & soldiers
There is a choice of salad sticks and fruit available to your children. They also have a choice of milk or water to drink.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – We have appointed our new Activity Monitors; they have requested hot chocolate for next week, to be enjoyed in the garden with marshmallows. More news on upcoming activities very soon… watch this space!
This Week in the OOSC – This week we’ve enjoyed playing on the field and the older children organised some races. We used some equipment from the shed and the children played a round of cricket.
Slippers – Don’t forget to bring in a spare pair of slippers for your child to wear.. some feet have grown over the summer holidays!
Volunteer – Do you or do you know a family member or friend who enjoys gardening and has any spare time on a regular basis? We are looking for someone to help with the Playhouse garden, we’re very flexible and can offer lots of tea and biscuits. If you can help, please speak to Lucy. Thank you.
