Letter of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session is ‘h’! Please can your child bring in an item which has a ‘h’!
Playhouse Activities This Week – Our Sports Day was a huge success on Tuesday, the children really enjoyed themselves and thank you for coming! We’ve kept a close eye on our ladybirds and they’ve all flown away. We’ve taken a look at caterpillars, we’ve had lots of fun caterpillar activities, we made butterflies and took a look at the Hungry Caterpillar Story sack. Mrs Bacon came in to read a story, the children loved this and listened intently. We had a great time today in the wildlife area.
Playhouse Activities Next Sessions – Next week we will be getting ready for our Bugtopia visit and we’ll have activities along this theme. We will also take a look at millipedes as we’ve found some in the wildlife area. A polite reminder: if your child is not normally in on a Thursday and they are coming to Bugtopia, please bring them in at 9.45am. All children should be dressed appropriately for the day. Please can you bring in their lunch in a disposable named bag and a disposable water bottle so they can be easily thrown away! Thank you.
Ladies Afternoon Tea Party – If you would like to attend, please can you pay for your ticket by Friday 30th June 2017. Thank you.
Family Photo’s – If you haven’t brought in any family photo’s; please can you bring them I next week?
Thank you – Thank you for the lovely cake donations on Sports Day, they were all very well received.
