Welcome to this week’s Weekly Update for the OOSC.
Evening snacks – Here is the snack menu for our next sessions:
Monday – Pitta bread with fillings
Tuesday –Jacket potatoes
Wednesday –Tomato Soup
Thursday – Spaghetti hoops on wholemeal toast
Friday – Whole wheat pasta and sauce
There is a choice of salad sticks and fruit available to your children. They also have a choice of milk or water to drink.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – Next week in the OOSC we will be celebrating Easter with lots of Easter activities and we will have a mini Easter Egg hunt on Wednesday. John Clare School will be holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt; if you would like your child to take part on Thursday and they are in the OOSC, please let us know and bring in £1.00 per child in a sealed & named envelope before Thursday. Thank you.
This Week in the OOSC – This week in the OOSC we’ve had great fun with Cheerio’s; our Fun Buddies organised a challenge …the Cheerio’s were threaded onto spaghetti, they were then counted to see who managed to get the most onto the spaghetti… the Cheerio’s were then eaten!!
Easter Egg Competition – We’ve received some fantastic eggs but there is still time to enter the Easter Egg Competition, bring your egg to the Easter Fayre tomorrow!
Easter Fayre – The Easter Fayre has finally arrived & we look forward to seeing you tomorrow… We will need cakes if you enjoy baking! All donations are very gratefully received, thank you.
