Please find below this week’s Weekly Update!
Letter of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session will be ‘c’. Please can your child bring in an item which has a ‘c’!
Shape of the Week – We are going to have shapes, our new shape will be a circle. Please can your child bring in a circle item to share with us at Circle time!
Playhouse Activities This Week – We’ve taken a look at the story of the Three Little Pigs and we’ve had great fun talking about the big bad wolf! We’ve enjoyed celebrating Diwali and we’ve really enjoyed the weather. We also made some great shapes in the garden using good sized branches. We’ve been gardening and have picked some fantastic leeks!
Playhouse Activities Next Sessions – We will take a look at the story of The Little Red Hen and we’ll be sharing this with your children. We’ll also celebrate Halloween on Monday 31st October, please can your child come to Preschool dressed in a Halloween outfit.

21st – 28th November – Nature Week, with lots of outdoor activities
Christmas Fundraising – Your child’s personalised pictures for Christmas cards have been sent off and should be ready for when we come back after half term.
Fundraising Bags – This year we have decided to take part in additional fundraising with personalised shopping bags, these will be designed by your children so will make great Xmas gifts for friends and family. The bags come in two sizes and we have examples in the Playhouse, they will be £6.00 & £7.00 each. If any friends and family would like to have a go, please let us know and you can take away extra templates, we will then submit these with our order!
We need your Kitchen Rolls – After half term we’ll be using kitchen rolls in our themed activities, please can you save them over half term! Thank you.
