Letter & Sound of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session will be ’t’. Please can your child bring in an item which has a ’t’!
Colour of the Week – Our next colour is orange! Please can your child bring in an orange item to share with us at Circle time!
Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we have been preparing for Father’s Day and we have made some delicious biscuits, we all felt very hungry making these, they smelt delicious! We’ve been very busy practising our Sports Day events and we’ve started to talk to the children about their transition to school.
Playhouse Activities Next Session – Next week we’ll be doing lots of sports activities and some more baking. The children will also have an Eco meeting and will look at what they are going to do next!
Sports Day – Is being held on 23rd June from 9.30am – 10.00am, please can you return your reply slips if you would like to attend. Please can you bring in and cakes, biscuits and Raffle donations, there’s a box in the cloakroom for the Raffle prizes! Thank you in advance of your donations!
Committee News – Here are a few upcoming events for your diary, please check out the posters in the Playhouse corridor, we really need you…. and would love to see you at the following events. Friday 1st July – Coffee Morning for parents and children
Wednesday 6th July – Playhouse AGM, this is being held at The Golden Pheasant at Etton at 7.30pm.
New Playhouse Uniform – Watch this space, there is a new Playhouse Uniform on it’s way! We’ll be introducing a new fleece, polo shirt and sun hat!
There is also the John Clare School Fete which is being held on Saturday 16th July and this event also raises money for the Playhouse!
