Letter & Sound of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session will be ’q’. Please can your child bring in an item which has an ’q’!
Colour of the Week – Our next colour is red! Please can your child bring in a red item to share with us at Circle time!
Playhouse Activities This Week – On Thursday we will held a Tea Party to celebrate the Queen’s Birthday and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the sun! We’ve taken a look at Nursery Rhymes and have been following the Stick Man story ready for our trip in July. The children have also been doing their Wake Up – warm up in the mornings!
Playhouse Activities Next Session – Next week we’ll be preparing for Father’s Day, we will also make some biscuits. We’ll practice our Sports Day events and we will start to talk to the children about their transition to school.
Sports Day – This is a fun & non-competitive Sports Day for the Playhouse and is being held on 23rd June from 9.30am – 10.00am with tea and cakes being served after the main event! A separate communication will be handed to you next week concerning this event.
Hot Lunches – Please can you return your Booking Forms to the Playhouse on Monday morning if you would like a hot lunch for your child this term and you have not already completed the Booking Form! Many thanks.
