Dear Parents / Carers

Please find below this week’s Weekly Update!

Letter & Sound of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session will be ‘y’. Please can your child bring in an item which has a ’y’.

Colour of the Week – Our next colour is yellow! Please can your child bring in a yellow item to share with us at Circle time!

Playhouse Activities This Week – We’ve had a really busy week! We held our sponsored dance and cake sale on Wednesday and it was lovely to see parents, grandparents and friends, we’ll let you know next week how much we’ve raised. A big Thank you for your kind donations and sponsorships for this great charity! We’ve been looking at the Easter Story and we’ve planted seeds!

Playhouse Activities Next Week – We will carry out lots of Easter activities next week and will be making Easter Chicks. We will also look at the importance of exercise and how it helps our body! On Tuesday we have our Easter Service at St Botolphs at 2.00pm. This is a lovely Easter Service for all the family to enjoy, so please come and join us. Everyone is welcome! Wednesday is our last day of term, just a reminder there is an Easter Egg Hunt on the school field at 3.30pm.

Easter Fayre – Saturday 19th March 11.00am – 1.00pm Can you help by baking a cake for our Cake stall or for visitors to share with a tea or coffee! If you can, please bring your goodies to the Playhouse today or tomorrow after 10.00am to the school kitchen.

A big Thank you – to Ruth Hutton-Smith, Ruth kindly held a Boden sale and donated the proceeds to the Playhouse & OOSC! Thank you for this very kind gesture.

Kind regards
The Playhouse Team
