Happy New Year and welcome back to Preschool!
Letter & Sound of the Week – Our chosen letter next week will be ‘L’. Please can your child bring in an item which has an ’L’.
Colour of the Week – Our next colour is gold! Please can your child bring in a gold item to share with us at Circle time!
Playhouse Activities This Week – We have been looking at recycling and have been busy making things with the items we’ve been collecting! We’ve been talking about our Christmas break and have been testing our senses.
Playhouse Activities Next Week – We will be looking at Recycling and the process of recycling and why we all need to recycle. We will also undertake activities to ‘understand our senses’.
Cold Weather – Next week the weather will be turning cold. Please ensure that your child/ren has a hat, gloves, scarf and warm winter coat with them for every session. It is also quite muddy and wet in the Preschool garden and your child will need a pair of wellies to participate in the outdoor activities. Thank you for your assistance.
Temple Visit – In February we’re planning a trip to a temple, please make sure you have read the letter and returned your reply slip to the Playhouse as soon as possible.
