Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we have been painting ladybirds, these were amazing. It’s been fantastic to hear the children finding the pupas and larva and using the correct names. The sunflowers are growing taller and the children have been measuring to see the weekly change. We have enjoyed the strawberries and raspberries that are growing in the garden, and we have been learning about ‘when they are ready to pick’. We’ve been doing some woodwork and have been adding spikes to our wooden hedgehog .. this needed some work.
Transition Reports – Over the next few days the Transition Reports will be sent home, please read and add your own comments for Mrs Keymer. Please bring back to The Playhouse by Wednesday 14th July 2021.
Playhouse Activities Next Week – Hopefully, the sun will shine next week so we are going to have a Helpston Playhouse ice cream parlour.
Monthly Makaton Sign – July’s Makaton signs which we are going to learn are ‘please & thank you’. Please have a go at home, remember to sign and say the word together. Go slow and show.
Committee – Vacancies – Please find attached details from our Committee concerning two named roles we would like to advertise. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information and we can put you in touch with an existing Committee member.

Policy & Procedures – We have recently updated one of our policies: 6.4 Nappy Changing, this will soon be available to view on our website.
Any help? – Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need any support, ideas or just a chat we are always available.
Illness – If your child is not feeling well, please do not bring them into the Playhouse until they are fully recovered. Thank you.
Financial Difficulty – If you are experiencing any financial difficulty, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to help if we can.
Sun Hats & Sun Cream – Please remember sun hats and apply sun screen every day. Please apply to your child before preschool and we will reapply at lunchtime. Thank you.
