This Week – We have had fun junk modelling this week in OOSC with lots of children making homes for their small pets with boxes. We made playdough and added herbs and flowers to create different textures. Herbs and flowers were also used to make perfume in bottles. We have spent as much time outdoors as possible when the weather permitted, and we used this outside time to plant sunflowers and play with our outside toys and games. Our book cover competition continues with some amazing entries being received by our library monitors.

Next Week –
Next week we will be painting outdoors with different textures. We will play cricket and rounders on the field and we will have some running races.

The Beauty Room Helpston – Sarah Frisby, The Beauty Room Helpston has very kindly offered to help us raise some much-needed funds for the Playhouse & John Clare Primary School. Please see her flyer for more information .. she will donate 15% of the value of orders placed between Friday 7th and Friday 14th May 2021. Please take a look there are some fantastic plant-based, sustainable products! A BIG Thank you to Sarah!

Have a lovely weekend!
Kind regards
The Playhouse Team
