This Week in the OOSC – This week we have had a great week with our Forest school. We’ve made some great pictures using natural resources, we also threaded some leaves! We postponed our campfire due to the wind and rain.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – Next week we will have a movie evening on Tuesday with pop corn and hotdogs. Your child can bring in their pyjamas if they would like to get changed!
Just a reminder – Change of Circumstances – Just a polite reminder .. please can you let us know if your circumstances change or even if you are just running late. This is to ensure we comply with our safeguarding procedures and ensures we know the whereabouts of your child.
John Clare Staff Car Park – Parents are still using the staff car park out of the agreed times, please can you remind anyone who drops off or picks up your child.
Early Bird Session: You are permitted to use the car park between 7.30am and 8.00am. We are not allowed to use the car park after 8.00am.
OOSC: You are permitted to use the car park after 4.00pm.
Winter Wonderland – If you have any of the following that you no longer require, please feel free to bring them in for our Winter Wonderland – white sheets, xmas decorations, xmas lights. Thank you.
Junk Modelling – Please can you bring in any clean recycling for our junk modelling – the children love making things and we are getting through our stocks very quickly. Don’t forget to give us your empty crisp packets so that we can recycle them for you.
Invoice Payments – If you would like to pay monthly, please can you make sure your first instalment has been made. Second payments are due on or by 31st October. If you have any queries, please contact Sam.

Tax Free Childcare Payments – If you pay your invoice by BACS, it might be worth you taking a look at the HMRC website to see if you qualify for Tax Free Childcare payments, for every for very £8.00 you put in the Government pays in £2.00 .. you then instruct HMRC to pay us .. more of our parents have started using this!
