Dear Parents / Carers
This Week in the OOSC – This week we have been putting together our new Fairy Garden. The children have had lots of fun and we’ve been watching out for the fairy that has already visited our garden. We’ve finished off decorating our pebbles. We have also been decorating fairy cakes.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – Next week we will be having a construction week. We will be building with Lego, Duplo and junk modelling. Please can your child bring in any items that they would like to use for their junk modelling construction. We will see who can build the strongest bridge using paper, tubes and straws.
Junk Modelling – Please can we have any of your spare recycling for our junk modelling. Thank you.
Evening snacks – Here are a sample of the snacks available: Toasted sandwiches / pasta with tuna & sweetcorn or tomato sauce / Wraps with tuna, cheese or eggs / Hot dogs / cheese & crackers / alpha bites & spaghetti hoops / fish fingers & beans / beans on toast / crumpets
Family Disco – If you would like your child to go to the Family Disco on Friday 28th June 4.30pm – 6.00pm, please let us know as soon as possible .. it’s £3.00 per child and includes a drink and hot dog! Please pop your money into a sealed, named envelope, marked ‘Disco’. Please let us know if your child has any dietary requirements. Tickets are selling fast!! If your child is in the OOSC on Friday and you would like them to attend the Disco, please contact us by email and we will see if we can help!
AGM – Our AGM is being held on Thursday 19th September in the Village Hall at 7.30pm.
