Letter of the Week – Our chosen letter for our next session is ‘d’! Please can your child bring in an item which has a ‘d’!
Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we have being doing lots of Christmas activities; we’ve been making cards and decorations! We’ve been busy practising our Christmas songs and we’ve been learning all about the Christmas Nativity story.
Playhouse Activities Next Session – Next week we will continue with our Christmas craft and we’ll be doing lots of Christmas activities. We’ll practice our Christmas songs too! If you are attending the Carols next week, please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can start on time. If your child is not normally in the Playhouse on the day of the carols, please come in a bit earlier to give your child time to get ready. Thank you.
Parent Volunteers – We would like a couple of parent volunteers to walk down to the church and back with the children for our Christmas service on Thursday 20th December. If you can help, please speak to a member of staff.
Playhouse Gate – Please can you make sure that only one person at a time enters the Playhouse grounds. We need to ensure we check everyone who enters the Playhouse. If you are leaving the Playhouse, please do not hold the gate and let anyone enter. Please close the gate behind you and any parent waiting can then press the buzzer for entry. This procedure is in place to protect your child/ren and is part of our Safeguarding policy. We really appreciate your help in this matter. Please can you advise any other adult who may collect or drop off your child.
Communications Book – Please can you make sure you bring your child’s communication book in to every session at the Playhouse.. you can use the book to tell us any important information concerning your child; it is busy in the mornings during drop off. We will also use the book to tell you anything important that has happened during the day. Thank you.
Reports & Folders – Please can you return any Reports &/or folders for your child as soon as possible. You will get all of the reports and information relating to your child when they leave the Playhouse but, we need to keep them safe until then. Thank you.
Wreath Making party – Just a reminder this is being held in Helpston Village Hall. See you at 7.00pm!!
