This week at preschool, we have been continuing our planting activities by planting more bulbs. The children were very excited to discover a caterpillar! We carefully placed it in a safe space and talked about how to look after living things.
We also had lovely group discussions about what makes us happy and sad, and who we can talk to if we ever feel upset. The children showed great understanding and kindness towards one another.
Our creative activity this week was making beautiful hedgehog collages using colourful autumn leaves — they look fantastic!
Next Week at Pre-School:
Next week, we’re looking forward to baking some Halloween biscuits and learning all about Diwali. We’ll also be making our own diva pots to celebrate this special festival of light.

Please do not park in the car park between 8:00am and 4:00pm. We are only permitted to use it between 7:30–8:00am and after 4:00pm.

• Emergency vehicles have clear access
• School staff are able to park their cars
• Everyone remains safe at all times
