What We’ve Been Learning:
What a hot and sunny week it’s been! ☀️ The children have managed brilliantly in the heat, remembering to keep hydrated and learning the importance of wearing sun cream and sun hats. We are so proud of how responsible they’ve been!
This week, we’ve been reading “What the Ladybird Heard” and exploring all things ladybird related. The children have loved getting creative and learning more about these tiny garden visitors.
A huge thank you for supporting our recent trip to the farm! It was an incredible experience for the children—made even more memorable by your generous fundraising. They were beautifully behaved, even on the hottest day of the year! The bus ride was a big hit, and they were so excited to see animals such as peacocks, pigs , cows, horses, and more!
Next Week:
Next week, we’ll be diving into the story of “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” and taking part in some fun, active games! We’ve got egg and spoon races, obstacle courses, and lots of sporty fun planned! Get ready for a week full of movement, laughter, and learning!
Reminders:
* Please apply sun cream to your child before arriving at preschool.
* Don’t forget sun hats!
* Please send in a named water bottle—although we offer water in cups, children tend to drink more from their own bottles.
