Our adventures at the Playhouse this week…
This week, we have been reading Goldie locks and the three bears and we created fun bear craft activites.
We planted an assortment of bulbs. The children used the large weighing scales and balanced heavy and light items
The children really enjoyed sensory play with mashed potatoes, they loved smashing the potatoes with the masher.
Library books, please remember to bring them back weekly, and swop for a new one.
Things we will be doing next week …
We will have a nursery rhyme theme, and we will focus on Miss Polly had a Dolly, Hickory Dickory Dock, Hey Diddle Diddle, and Mary, Mary Quite Contrary if you would like to practice at home.
We will continue planting our bulbs so that every child has the opportunity to plant.
Please could we remind you to close the gate behind you, it is essential that every person is monitored coming into the Playhouse.
Helpston Playhouse – AGM
We will be holding our AGM on Thursday 24th October from 8.00pm at the Playhouse. If you would like us for the AGM or would like to join our committee, we are always looking for new members, please contact either Lucy or Sam.
Out with Stranger Danger in with Clever Never Goes!
This is the new campaign teaching children to stay safe from abduction when they are outside or online. Although this is aimed at Primary school aged children, please take a look at their posted .. it moves away from creating fear!
