Letter & Sound of the Week – Our chosen letter next week will be ‘F’. Please can your child bring in an item which has an ’F’.
Colour of the Week – Our next colour is white! Please can your child bring in a white item to share with us at Circle time!
Playhouse Activities This Week – We have been looking at the tastebuds on our tongues this week and next week the children will be doing a taste test! We’ve also emptied our compost bin and transferred the contents to our vegetable patch and we have added some new worms to the compost bin! Recycling has been a big part of our week, we talked about why and what we recycle. If you could get your child involved in recycling at home; that would be fantastic!
Playhouse Activities Next Week – We are going to be making vegetable soup! We will be painting pictures of our favourite things. We’ve already created an igloo, so next week we’ll continue with this theme and we’ll talk about winter and how to keep warm.
Temple Visit – Please hand in your return slip for the Temple Visit by Wednesday 20th January 2016.
Children’s belongings – Please can you ensure all belongings are labelled, we’ve had a few ‘missing’ items this week and a few ‘found’ belongings but unfortunately, we cannot trace the owner without a name. Thank you so much. If your child has lost a pair of gloves, please talk to a member of staff.

Helpston’s Got Talent – It’s back, this event raises valuable funds for both the Preschool and Out of School Clubs. Please help us by supporting this event on Saturday 27th February.
