Our adventures at the Playhouse this week…
This week we have been baking gingerbread and we have been reading the story of the Gingerbread Man. The children have been interested in different kinds of animals and they have enjoyed playing with the small world animals. We have extended this interest to drawing sharks and learning lots of exciting facts!
The children also enacted the Gruffalo story, they really enjoyed this story sack.
Things we will be doing….
Next week we will be baking bread, and we will be reading The Little Red Hen.

Being Polite & Using Good Manners!
In the Playhouse we are working with the children on being polite and using good manners. Please can you extend this initiative at home and encourage your children to use ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ .
Easter Fayre – Save the Date
Our Easter Fayre is being held on Saturday 23rd March 11.00am – 1.30pm, at the Playhouse.

Reminder – Playhouse Opening
Just a reminder we are open for the whole of this term from 1st January through to Thursday 28th March 2024. We are closed for the Easter holidays from Friday 29th April and our Summer Term starts on Monday 15th April 2024.
If you are going away, your child will be absent for any reason or you need an earlier pick up, please don’t forget to let us know. Thank you.
