Sanitiser – Please can you sanitise your hands before pressing the buzzer at the gate as we head into the colder weather. Thank you .. let’s work together to reduce the risk of infection.
Playhouse Activities This Week – We have been looking at senses, smells, and touch. Due to half term, we celebrated Diwali early and we have been doing activities to look at this different culture and we have been learning about this fantastic festival of light.
Forest School – In Forest School we celebrated Diwali and we made fantastic rangoli patterns.
Playhouse Activities After Half Term – On Monday 31st October we will have a Halloween day; we will have lots of spooky fun. Fancy dress is optional. Our theme for next term will be occupations and we will be thinking about different people and how they help us. We will have lots of role play.
Child Accident Prevention – With Diwali, Halloween and Bonfire Night all quickly approaching this is one of the most exciting times of the year for children. Friday 9th December – Christmas Church Service at St Botolph’s
Tuesday 13th December – Christmas Carols at the Playhouse
Friday 16th December – Helcats & Santa to visit the setting at 2.00pm
Wednesday 21st December – Christmas Party and last day of the Autumn Term.
Reminder: Committee – Raffle Prizes – It’s that time of year when we are starting to organise our Xmas raffle. If anyone is willing to donate a prize or knows of any business that might like to donate a prize, then please get in touch. We are currently fundraising for ‘experiences’, such as trips out for our preschool children’.
Change in Circumstances – If any of your personal or family circumstances change, please don’t hesitate to let us know so that we can help and support your child.
