This Week – The children all enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea on Tuesday at the OOSC. After making scones in the morning, the children were given bunting, cake stands, tablecloths, tea pots and crockery to decorate the tables before enjoying the delicious scones we made in the afternoon. To continue ‘Afternoon tea’ theme we made playdough later in the week and used cupcake cases, cutters and Cheerios to make ‘cakes’. The children also had fun with junk modelling throughout the week and our older children learnt how to write secret messages using wax crayons and watercolours.
Next Week – Next week we will be having an Ice cream shop, this has been requested by the children. We will continue to play outside and we will also do some gardening.

Reminder: John Clare School Car Park – Just a reminder from John Clare school, we are not permitted to use the staff car park between 8.00am and 4.00pm. Please park safely on the roadside avoiding the zig zags and entrance to the school. Please can you advise anyone who may be dropping off or collecting your child. Many thanks.
