Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we have been reading Jack and the Beanstalk. We’ve been having puppet shows and we’ve been acting out the story using our big tree. The beans have been planted and we will be creating our castles to add to our plants. We’ve had great fun! There has been water play too this week with tea parties using flavoured teabags. We have had lots of mud kitchen play and we have also created dens.
Forest School – We’ll catch up with Forest School next week and we’ll let you know what we’ve been up to.
Playhouse Activities Next Week – We will be carrying on with our adventure with Jack and the Beanstalk.
Any help? – Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need any support, ideas or just a chat we are always available.
Monthly Makaton Sign – Just a reminder, we are going to have a monthly Makaton sign to learn. Here is our top tip .. Remember to sign and say the word together. Go slow and show. This month we are going to learn: Mummy & Daddy
Sound of the Week – Our sound of the Week will be ‘c/k’. We will use resources from the playhouse as we are not yet able to accept items from home.
Have a lovely weekend! Stay safe and well!
Kind regards
The Playhouse Team
