Welcome to this week’s Weekly Update for the OOSC.
Evening snacks – Here is the snack menu for our next sessions:
Monday – Toasted crumpets
Tuesday – Whole wheat pasta with sauce
Wednesday – Baked Beans on wholemeal toast
Thursday – Sandwiches with various fillings
Friday – Dippy eggs & soldiers
There is a choice of salad sticks and fruit available to your children. They also have a choice of milk or water to drink.
Next Sessions in the OOSC – Next session we will be Easter Egg decorating and painting with egg dyes. These will be displayed at the Easter Fayre…we hope you can come along to see them!
This Week in the OOSC – This week we have had a messy play week. Here’s how Alice described this week: “This week after school club have been doing lots of experiments, making slime and getting messy with baked beans, foam, sand and slime… it didn’t turn out quite right”. A ‘Big Thank you’ to Isaac for tidying up all our DVD’s.. he did this without anyone asking him to do it.. Thank you!
Easter Fayre – Saturday 24th March – We need your help…. We need volunteers to run a stall, just for a short time… we need prizes for the Raffle and we will also need cakes on the day. Please let us know how you can help by signing up, there is a list on the Playhouse door. Your help and support at this event is greatly appreciated… this is our biggest fundraising event of the year and will ensure we provide fantastic and enriching resources for your children. Thank you.
