Slippers – please ensure your child has a pair of slippers for the Breakfast & OOSC clubs. Does your child need bigger slippers… some feet have grown over the holidays!
John Clare School Car Park – the car park is small and for the use of staff at school. Unfortunately, we cannot use the car park after 8.15am and before 4.30pm.
Breakfast Club – if you would like to use the Breakfast Club between 7.45am – 8.00am, please let us know so that we can ensure we are suitably staffed.
Booked sessions – booked sessions are payable unless we are given four weeks’ notice.
After school clubs – if your child is booked into an after school club with John Clare don’t forget to inform us; this is really important for your child, John Clare and the Playhouse & saves a lot of confusion.
Change of Circumstances – please ring or email us if you need to change your arrangements. This is very important to ensure you child is safe & we aren’t searching for them and causing distress to other children. Please also advise John Clare.
Messy Play – please feel free to leave a change of clothes with us for messy play.
