Evening snacks – Here is the snack menu for next week’s sessions:
Monday – Wholemeal wraps with a choice of fillings
Tuesday –Baked beans on wholemeal toast
Wednesday – Whole-wheat pasta with sauce
Thursday – Toasted crumpets
Friday – Wholemeal sandwiches with a choice of fillings
There is a choice of salad sticks and fruit available to your children. They also have a choice of milk or water to drink.
Next Week in the OOSC – We will carry out lots of Halloween activities next week. We will be making pom pom spiders, decorating biscuits and many more spooky things!!
This Week in the OOSC – This week we have been busy designing and colouring pumpkin pictures in preparation for Halloween. They look amazing!! We have decided to present two ‘winners’ prizes, one for Key Stage 1 and one for Key Stage 2. Judging will be carried out early next week.
Recycling – Can you please let us have any of your 4 pint milk bottles with their tops in preparation for an activity after half term? All washed, please! We also need any milk bottle tops and if you have any spare cushions or a rug, we would like them for cosy times for your children to snuggle! Thank you.
Social Events – We have a few dates for your diary for upcoming Social events being organised by our Committee.
Sunday 22nd November – 3.00pm – 5.00pm – Family Bingo – Helpston Village Hall £5.00 per family ticket
Saturday 12th December – 1.00pm – 3.30pm – Christmas Fayre – Helpston Scout Hut
Saturday 27th February 2016 – Helpston’s Got Talent
