Thank you –Thank you for all of the lovely gifts you have given us. We’ve enjoyed looking after your children this year and wish all the Rising Five’s all the very best for their future schooling. We will see most of them at John Clare and will say ‘hello’ over the fence.

Hot Lunches – If you are returning to the Playhouse after the Summer break, Hot Lunches will start again with Menu 1, see the attached Booking Form and School menu. All lunches must be booked and paid for in advance.
Please see below for a message from our Committee. Finally, have a lovely Summer Break and we re-open the Playhouse on the 7th September.

Dear Parents/carers,
As you know our AGM takes place on Wednesday 23d September and during this meeting we will elect new committee members for roles that have become available. Listed below are the roles that need filling. I have outlined what each role entails and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me: mrscoppers@gmail.com
Committee Roles 2015-2016:
Secretary: taking minutes from the committee meetings, sending them out to all committee meetings, completing a termly newsletter on behalf of the committee.
Vice Chair: helping to support the secretary and treasurer with admin jobs that arise such as leading the parent questionnaires.
Fundraising: We need a small team of people who are happy to plan and organise various fundraising events throughout the year. Its ok if you cant make each event, there are plenty of us to help support. Our fundraising is vital to ensure we can purchase new equipment, toys and resources to keep providing a rich and varied education for the children. Within this team, we would like someone to organise a half termly coffee morning through out the year.
If you think you an offer some time to one of these roles, please get in touch and we can talk more. We hope to see you at the AGM in September.
