OOSC & Preschool Update
Dear Parents / Carers
Parking at John Clare Primary – With immediate effect can all parents & carers respect the following time restraints when parking within John Clare Primary school. The car park at school is for Disabled Badge holders and Staff only. Mrs Simmons has advised us that we are not permitted to use the Car park for dropping off and collecting children from the Playhouse after 8.15am and before 4.00pm.
Helpston Playhouse Website – We have just launched our Helpston Playhouse Website! Here you can find out lots of information about the Playhouse, please take a look at http://helpstonplayhouse.org.uk. We will use this site to keep you posted on any News and Events and each week on a Friday we will publish a Weekly Update. Please ensure you read this update as it will advise you of any key events and important news from the Playhouse for the week.

OOSC & the Weekly Update – If you are or have been a recent Preschool parent or Carer you will be aware that we send out a Weekly Update, this is now being posted on the Website, mentioned above. This is news from the Playhouse and is focused on Preschool but, please feel free to take a look!
Playhouse Committee – Just a reminder; please come and join our Committee for an informal get together tonight at 7.30pm at the Bluebell, Helpston. The Committee would like you to join them for a chat and a drink… A great opportunity to meet the Committee and find out a little more about the Playhouse!
Playhouse AGM – The Playhouse AGM is being held on Wednesday 15th October at the Golden Pheasant at Etton. Please keep this date in your diary; more information to follow. We are also looking for new Committee members & we need you to keep the Playhouse open! If you are interested and can spare some of your precious time, please do not hesitate to contact Amy Copland, our Chairperson for further information.
