NEW: Childcare Bubble – With effect from 6th November you can make a childcare bubble, this is informal childcare for children aged 13 or under from friends and family you do not live with. This Week – We have been thinking about Diwali this week in the OOSC. The children have painted the salt diva lamps they made last week – the look amazing! We have also been using chalks, pens, lentils and popcorn to create Rangoli patterns. The older children have also used Knex and magnets to make patterns. We made and tried coconut laddo, a traditional Diwali sweet treat. They were delicious! After a busy Children In need Day in school we will be relaxing with a movie and pyjama’s this afternoon.
Next week – Next week is Road Safety Week and we will be thinking about road safety, with lots of activities and discussions.
