Dear Parents / Carers

Letter & Sound of the Week – Our chosen letter after half term will be ‘e’. Please can your child bring in an item which has an ’e’. 

Colour of the Week – Our next colour is brown! Please can your child bring in a brown item to share with us at Circle time!

Playhouse Activities This Week – This week we created a Womery for the children and they have observed the worm habitat. We’ve been making Halloween decorations and carrying out lots of spooky activities. It was lovely to see some really spooky and cute Halloween costumes!

Playhouse Activities After half term – It’ll be Guy Fawkes week, we’ll be making Bonfire pictures, talking about fire & firework safety, making firework cupcakes, sparklers, campfires and hot chocolate! We’ll also carry on with our healthy bodies and eating. 

Recycling – We are still collecting 4 pint milk bottles with their tops, milk bottle tops, kitchen rolls and any spare puzzles!

Hot Lunches – There is a new Booking form. If you would like a hot lunch for your child please complete the form and pay at the beginning of each week.

Bingo – Sunday 22nd November – 3.00pm – 5.00pm – Family Bingo – Helpston Village Hall £5.00 per family ticket, please see Alexa or contact the Playhouse for tickets.

Christmas Nativity – A date for your diary: Thursday 17th December from 9.15am- 10.00am in the School Hall and then back to the Playhouse for mince pies & coffee.

Car Parking – The car park at school is for Disabled Badge holders and Staff only. Mrs Simmons has advised us that we are not permitted to use the Car park for dropping off & collecting children from the Playhouse after 8.15am and before 4.00pm.

Facebook – We would like to announce our new Facebook page. Please make sure you ‘like’ us, it’s updated with lots of great stuff, news and updates!
